Projekts MCR is here to make Manchester a better place for skateboarding and skateboarders and all those people who haven't tried skateboarding yet. We do this by improving skating spaces, introducing children to skateboarding through our coaching courses and employing skateboarders to run our skateparks and coaching programmes. Projekts MCR is based at our skatepark under the Mancunian Way flyover, on the edge of Manchester city centre. It's an awesome piece of urban architecture that's worth visiting even if you can't use the ramps.

What we offer

Open Skate Sessions

Projekts Mcr invite everyone with a skating interest to explore their space.

3 hours - £10/ Day Pass - £15/ Week Pass - £30/ Month Pass - £45.

Birthday Parties & Events Hire

Café & On-Site Refreshments

The venue includes a casual café offering food, drinks, and a place to socialise alongside skate activities.

Retail / Shop

They run a shop (on site) selling skate gear, accessories, or related merchandise.

Membership / Community Investment

Projekts MCR offers a “membership” or “Friends of Projekts” scheme: supporters can invest (minimum £20) to become a member, gain voting rights, attend AGMs, and contribute to the organisation’s direction.

Coaching Sessions

Anyone is welcome to access their professional coaching and learn to skate.
