Flourish facilitates peer networks, mentoring, coaching and learning programmes so that aspiring and existing social innovators can develop skills, share knowledge and solve problems collectively.

£15/hour for individuals or unfunded groups, £20/hour for funded groups and non-profit organisations, £25/hour for business meetings and private businesses.

£20 per year giving access to accredited training.

They run or help deliver commissioned and collaborative programmes (e.g. “Time to Grow”, “Resilient Leaders”) to enable community change-makers to access resources, training, investment and support.

£15 treatments.

Flourish provides specialist research, evaluation, social value measurement, impact reviews, policy support and consultancy to organisations seeking to better understand or scale their social impact.

The organisation invests surplus resources or seed funding into women-led projects, often using a “pay it forward” model, helping early-stage ventures or community projects to get off the ground.
