We are a social enterprise created by psychologists with a focus on relationships, human connections and attachments. We believe that relationships are central to our human nature, our health and our happiness.
We have all worked in the NHS for many years and care deeply about the importance of universal access to health and social care. We have also witnessed the toll that the current climate has taken on the NHS and the people who continue to work within it. This has motivated us to explore what the alternatives might look like.

Couples’ Therapy / Relationship Work
Therapy focused on the relationship dynamics between two people, helping couples understand and improve connection, resolve conflict, and deepen communication.
Consultation, Training & Organisational Support
Consulting with organisations (Thinking Together sessions), training for staff or groups, supervision, and psychological consultation to embed relational & trauma-informed practice.
Court & Expert Assessments / Therapeutic Work for Court Proceedings
Psychological assessments and therapeutic input for cases in the family courts (public & private law), and preparing expert witness reports.
Family Therapy / Intervention
Work with families (parents, children, siblings) to address conflict, separation, anxiety, or relational patterns; includes models like NVR (Non-Violent Resistance).
Individual Therapy / Counselling
One-to-one therapeutic work for individuals that explores emotional, relational, or psychological difficulties.
